The production of the original Cirro products was changed, leaving many loyal customers to take a disliking to the new flavours. As we are the original manufacturers, we want to continue to provide you with your favourite Cirro flavours with our brand Original C! Interestingly, Cirro is actually owned by one of the world's biggest tobacco companies!

Our vaping e-liquid flavours can be purchased with nicotine strength of 6mg, 11mg, and 18mg, so you can purchase the right nicotine strength for your needs. The strength of nicotine will vary depending on the flavour you select. Single flavours are available in 6mg, 11mg and 18mg. Blended flavours are available in 3mg and 6mg. Nicotine salts are available in 20mg. If you are a smoker who is smoking 20+ tobacco cigarettes a day, you will most likely require a 18mg strength of nicotine e-liquid. If you consider yourself to be more of a casual or social smoker who is typically only smoking just a few tobacco cigarettes or tobacco products per day, then you are most likely to only need a 3mg or 6mg in strength of nicotine eliquid.

As with the original Cirro e-liquids, our Original C flavour ingredients have been evaluated to gain an insight into whether they might cause an allergic reaction on the inhale. All flavour ingredients used in the Original C vaping e-liquids are approved food additives with none of them being known to cause any respiratory allergic reactions. If you're a smoker, vaping e-cigarettes is a great substitute to smoking cigarettes and tobacco products. It is one of the most popular nicotine delivery systems used as a form of nicotine replacement therapy by smoking cessation services here in the UK. Below are some of our top tips for using your e-cigarettes:

· Avoid contact with water

· Use the supplied USB and mains plug

· Don’t use a single disposable clearomizer on your electronic cigarette for more than 30 days

· Avoid exposing e-cigarettes to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) and direct sunlight

· Don’t leave your device charging overnight

· Cartomizer / coil / atomiser / clearomizer lifespan is based on individual use

· Never attempt to modify e-cigarettes

· Don’t use third party equipment to charge e-cigarettes

Coils in e-cigarettes will need replacing occasionally. The length of time between when you change them can depend on a number of factors. For example, how frequently the electronic cigarette is used, your chosen e-liquid for vaping, power settings and other variables of your e-cigarettes, which affect the longevity of the coil when vaping. Typically, you will want to replace your coil in e-cigarettes as and when you experience a burnt or poor taste from your atomizer head when vaping.

There is no definitive answer to this as everyone is different. Some people will use their vape more regularly than others. However, as a rough guide, we would expect, on average, a daily use of 2ml per day, meaning 1 bottle of Original C vaping products would last around 5 to 7 days. This is however, dependent upon the usage and power of the device. The strength of nicotine in your e-liquid can also impact on this. Research shows that if you are vaping an e-cig juice that has a low level of nicotine, users may reach for the e-cig more frequently in order to satisfy the nicotine cravings that they are accustomed to from smoking. It's just as important to ensure that you are not using an eliquid in your e-cig that has too high nicotine content to avoid the side effects, but that you are using a vape juice that has enough nicotine content.

Depending on what type of vape tank you have, you will either need to fill it by unscrewing the mouthpiece ‘top filled’ or it will be ‘bottom filled’.

To refill a top filled vape tank with e-liquid, you simply unscrew the black mouthpiece and tilt the unit to a 45-degree angle and pour the liquid into the barrel. You must avoid getting it down the central metal barrel as this can cause it to leak. Be careful not to overfill it.

To fill a bottom filled vape tank turn the vape tank upside down with the mouthpiece pointing towards the floor and unscrew the metal base from the bottom. Then, whilst holding the clearomizer at a 45-degree angle, pour the liquid around the tube in the middle. The E-liquid should only be poured into the ‘outer chamber’ otherwise the vape tank could leak. Next you should put the base back on and turn the vape tank upright and let the liquid soak into the coil for a few minutes.

PG stands for Propylene Glycol and is an artificial mixing agent that is used to bring the flavour of the e-liquid forward on the inhale. VG stands for Vegetable Glycerine. Vegetable Glycerine is a natural mixing agent that is used to provide the vapour or aerosol of the liquid. Each flavour comes with different VG:PG ratios but they have been kept the same as the old Cirro vape flavours so you can still enjoy your favourite flavours without any unexpected alterations when you inhale the vapour.

Original C E-liquids have a PG:VG ratio of 80:20. Our Nic Salt range has a PG:VG ratio of 50:50.

This comes down to your personal preference. Some vapers like to start with tobacco and menthol flavours before moving onto something sweeter and fruity. Our best-selling flavour for starter vapers is Regular Tobacco or Utterly Menthol. Both of which you can purchase [here].

This depends on which flavour you have initially used in your e-cig. For example, if you were to refill your electronic cigarette with an Original Menthol Ice Cool flavour, where before you had been using Original Menthol, there wouldn’t be any issues as the menthols would combine and ultimately your new flavour would not be affected.

However, if you were using an Original Cherry Bomb where you previously had Original Ice Blast, then it might be advisable to change the coil before you do so. This is because the incompatibility of the flavours would affect the flavour of the Cherry. We recommend sticking to similar flavours if you are not yet ready to replace your coil. When changing flavour profiles, it is also important that you clean your vape tanks. If you were a previous Cirro E-liquid user, you shouldn’t need to change your coil as our liquids are made using the exact same recipe as the old Cirro E-liquids!

Yes, we do! If you need to cancel your order prior to shipping you can do this at any time before your E-liquid starts its journey to you. If, however, your goods have been shipped, these can only be returned in the instance they are deemed to be damaged or faulty. We recommend inspecting the goods once you receive them and notify the team immediately (with seven working days) if the goods appear damaged or do not the meet the terms of the order. Upon their return to us, we will carry out a full investigation of the returned products, where will agree upon a refund. Once accepted, you will receive your full refund within 30 days.

If we are not notified of your damaged goods within seven working days of delivery, we will deem this acceptance of your goods.
